Obscure Emotions

100 days of drawing and talking about emotions

The conception of my book–100 Days of Obscure Emotions–began when I challenged myself to illustrate an emotion every single day for a hundred days. I was inspired by Julia Cameron’s Artist Way and Elle Luna’s “#100dayproject”.

For the next  hundred days I challenged myself to draw the emotions that I was feeling that same day and to practice vulnerability in the most public way possible by exposing my most intimate and deep thoughts online. My goal was to communicate words and images in a way that people would feel that they are reading their story and not mine.
